Personalized planning according to the athlete’s hourly availability and adjusting the workloads to it. The work intensities are exclusive for each cyclist depending on field test or cardiac stress tests.
There is nothing left to chance: information is always contrasted with an interdisciplinary work team: coach, physiotherapist, sports doctor or nutritionist.
Full control and data monitoring of each athlete. A history is made with the competitions completed while the season progresses, together with the tests that the cyclist competes with. One of the tools for monitoring is Training peaks: an international well-known analysis software and with great results for training control.
All this information and further details of the method are presented in a personalized interview between the coach and the athlete. It can be done by videoconference or face-to-face interview depending on the distance of the cyclist.
